Birmingham Pride 2007
Club DV8 Hosts The Dance Arena

On Saturday 26th May, we are pleased to open the pride celebrations with London leaders on the gay scene, Heaven. Heaven will come together with Mint, the all inclusive big night out to bring you a night of maximum party spirit and tunage. Doors open at 9 pm and we go on through the night. There will be 3 rooms of music to suit all tastes.
Remember Mint is a hugely successful night so please arrive early to avoid disappointment.

For this years Birmingham Pride, Sunday Service and Cream will combine to host one of the most riveting club nights of the year and indeed in the history of Mardi Gras. At DV8 in Birmingham on the 27th May. Jo Mills, makes her first Birmingham appearance in two years, she will headline a sure to be sold out official dance arena in the day along side Micky Slim, Funkagenda, Paul Thomas and Chad Lewis. Sunday Service is getting renowned for bringing you some of club lands biggest brands, DJ’s and club nights to the midlands and on this occasion we give you the biggest yet...... Cream !!! Yes that’s right part two on the night will be Cream versus Sunday Service and this will start at 9 pm and again go on throughout the night.

Over the years Cream have built their reputation on the back of the extraordinary 10 years of parties they host each summer in Ibiza and around the UK. With this in mind it’s only logical that the debut of Cream in Birmingham sees them bring their special party vibe to DV8 as part of Mardi Gras on Sunday 27th May.

Ms Mills will be joined by Groovedigital’s Chad Lewis and Funkagenda as well as Godskitchen residents Micky Slim and Paul Thomas for this huge event, We are also joined by Cream residents for 2007, Lee Ellis & Anthony Probyn and a whole host of Birmingham talent including Kim Fai, Alex Schmitz and Sidders, all set to destroy the ones and twos. The bar area will be taken over by DV8 resident Rachel White along with Jamie D, 2 Funked Up and Gavin James. The Mardi Gras is all about colour, fun and expressing yourself, so expect the unexpected as 15 kick arse DJ’s take you through 15 hours of pure dance heaven.

With the unstoppable Jo Mills, the Birmingham rising stars and Cream at the reins, we hope you can join us for a Sunday party at Pride like no other. A night that signals the debut of Cream in Birmingham and a night that will go down as one of Pride’s highlights. We’ll see you on the 26th and 27th of May and last but not least, you can get your free official dance arena cd mixed by Groovedigital boys Chad Lewis and Funkagenda and will be available free on the front of midlands biggest distributed free magazine 69 in may.
