Get On Your Bike, Get Fit and Do Your Bit For The Planet!!

For the first time ever The National Bike Show will be taking place at the prestigious NEC & NEC Arena in Birmingham over the weekend of the 28th -29th of April 2007.

The National Bike Show promises to be the place to be for biking enthusiasts to get their hands on the latest information and products from the industry. As well as being a great day out to see some of the most accomplished athletes from the sport taking part in a number of different cycling events such as 4X sprint, trials and mountain bike dirt jumping. One athlete that will be joining in the fun is local star Scott Beaumont AKA Boom Boom.

With the current increase in public awareness and concerns regarding environmental and heath issues such as carbon emissions and child obesity, it would seem the time is right for all of us not just the loyalists to get out there and get on our bikes.

The National Bike Show offers the perfect forum for anyone out there looking to make a change. 37% of adults agreed that many of the now short journeys they make by car could easily be cycled. The results that can be achieved by simply jumping on your bike rather than revving up your engine are huge!!!
