Cake International 2008, The Sugarcraft & Cake Decoration Show will contain
all the quality ingredients for another superb show! Specialist
demonstrators, hands-on workshops, competitions and displays will wet the
appetite and excite the imagination. Exhibitors from the UK and abroad will
showcase all the latest equipment and creative tools you need for this
craft.
International demonstrators this year will include Bart Van Vliet, a
marzipan specialist from the Netherlands and Marcella Sanchez from Brazil
and Jill Maytham from South Africa – both sugarcraft specialists.
Watch mouth-watering demonstrations on both days of the show in the Cake
Decorator’s Kitchen and enjoy the Live Final of the PME & British Sugar
Icecraft Trophy to be held on the Sunday of the show.
International British experts will blend new ideas with professional and
friendly advice, plus the editorial team from Cake Craft and Decoration
magazine and British Sugarcraft Guild will be on hand to spice up
imaginations and offer support.
Visitors from all levels can enter one of the Cake Competitions to show off
their techniques and skills and have the chance of winning one of the

friendly advice and helpful tips.
