DemonVision release “DAVID CASSIDY – Greatest Hits Live” on DVD on 30th October. Filmed at the Hammersmith Apollo in 2004, the DVD also includes an interview with David, in which he reflects on his life and career.

David Cassidy - Greatest Hits Live features performances of several of his classic hits and includes his 2 UK number one’s, “How Can I Be Sure” and “Daydreamer” and well as “Could It Be Forever” and “Cherish” which both went to Number 2 in the chart. Also included are the Partridge Family hits “Breaking Up Is Hard To Do” and “I Think I Love You”. This live concert is a comprehensive collection of his chart topping songs, highlighting Cassidy’s spectacular musical career.

David Cassidy became a teen idol in 1970 when he played Keith Partridge in the Partridge Family. The show ran for 4 years until 1974. His real-life stepmother Shirley Jones, played his mum in the series. The Partridge Family released 10 albums and Cassidy has released 17 solo albums to date. Cassidy was the world’s highest paid live entertainer, breaking box office records wherever he went.
As well as The Partridge Family, Cassidy has starred in several other TV shows from Marcus Welby MD to Police Story. His stage appearances include Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat on Broadway and in London’s West End Time and Blood Brothers with Petula Clark and half-brother Shaun Cassidy. In Las Vegas he took over from Michael Crawford in the spectacular musical EFX and also performed with Sheena Easton in At the Copa. He created a show called The Rat Pack Is Back in which he made guest appearances as Bobby Darin.

David Cassidy will be returning to the UK in 2007 to tour with The Osmonds and David Essex and will also be publishing his autobiography.
