FastFest is the ultimate petrol head experience

Win a dragster ride and feel the G-force!

The world's hottest and most powerful motors are coming to Northampton in July for a brand new show which promises to be the ultimate petrol head experience.

FastFest is a motoring event taking place at the Santa Pod Raceway on July 1st and will be an awesome celebration of lightening fast cars and trucks all battling it out on the UK's premier drag strip.

From modified to motorsport and with extensive club exhibit areas the display of fast motors will be the only time visitors will get to see the world's most powerful cars in the UK going head to head on the quarter of a mile strip.

Highlights of the show include exclusive demonstration runs by F1 cars, the fastest street-legal Camaro and Dave Jenkins, the winner of the first-ever Truck Drag Race at the Pod will be showing off his super-fast truck. All this plus jet cars, drag bikes and one or two special feature head-to-heads.

FastFest organiser Steve Foster said: "FastFest will be a truly unforgettable weekend. With the fantastic displays and huge trader village stocked with all the latest motoring gear there is something for everyone. And it doesn't stop after the sun goes down either as the Fast Car team are putting on the evening entertainment with world-famous DJs, Miss Fast Car ladies and late-night, outdoor cinema."

Five lucky winners will also win a ride in a two-seat dragster. They will get to feel the throb of the engine and experience G-force as they take to the strip directly behind a professional driver to accelerate faster than a fighter jet and reach speeds of 170 mph.
