HEATHER GRAHAM, JENNIFER ANISTON AND RENEE ZELLWEGER ALL KNOW THE SECRET OF FIJI WATER
A TASTE OF PARADISE IN A BOTTLE

Winging its way from the other side of the world this spring, is Fiji Natural Mineral Water, a new smooth tasting natural mineral water with a real story to tell.  It has already been spotted in the US in the hands of countless stars who recognise that it is high in silica, and therefore good for nails and skin.

Fiji Natural Mineral Water is drawn from deep artesian wells in the centre of the Fijian island of Viti Levu where the water has been filtered through the Fijian mountains for over 400 years.  Think of pure, clear, air and a sun and sea drenched pacific island and you have the home of Fiji Water.

Only launched in the US in 1997, it is already a favourite for sports and TV stars. Ozzy Osbourne is hardly ever spotted out and about, without it. And Tom Cruise, Heather Graham, P.Diddy, Quentin Tarantino and Jennifer Aniston are amongst its greatest fans.  It’s the exclusive water of NOBU, graces the tables of many of America’s finest restaurants and is also found in the fridges of most top hotels.

The man behind the idea is hotelier David Gilmour, a Canadian who fell in love with Fiji and made it his home.  He saw how much bottled water was being imported into the islands from much more populated and polluted parts of the world and set about scouring the islands for a pure and delicious water source.  In 1995 he found it in the Yaqura Valley of Viti Levu and quickly established one of the most ecologically friendly and advanced factories in the world.

Now launching in the UK it is available from Waitrose supermarkets priced approximately 75p for 0.5-litre bottle and £1.25 for 1.0 litre.  FIJI Water is available at Birmingham’s new Selfridges store, and is easily spotted with its striking bottle splashed with hibiscus flowers and a gushing waterfall.
