Golf is coming to the Midlands in a big way.

The company behind the London Golf Show is launching The Golf Show, NEC Birmingham on 16th - 18th November 2007, and the latest companies to sign up form an impressive trio.

Manufacturers PING and Cleveland will both be at the show offering their latest equipment for visitors to try on the indoor driving range along with their professional custom-fit experience. And joining them will be one of the country’s most illustrious golf facilities, four-time Ryder Cup venue The Belfry.

The Belfry’s team of top coaches will be offering free tuition throughout the three days of the show, led by head professional Gary Alliss, one of Golf Monthly’s top 25 coaches.

American golf is the official retail partner following its successful debut at the 2007 London Golf Show in April – further testament to the established nature of the event.

The BBC will also be at the Birmingham show, mirroring its involvement in London – the only difference being that it’s BBC WM which partners with the NEC show while BBC London carried out all manner of broadcasts from the ExCeL event.
