The Good Health Show is all about looking good and feeling great. It's about living a healthier lifestyle, getting fitter, kicking those bad habits, eating a balanced diet, plus loads more…. There are lots of activities and demonstrations to watch or partake in … why not bring your trainers? The show is for all ages, levels of fitness, the healthy and the not so healthy - come and enjoy a great day out and leave with fresh ideas and inspiration to look good and feel great! The Beauty Centre program will be performed on stage by professionals, for fun, interactive and participative demonstrations.
* Mini Facials, which last 15 to
20 minutes per session are available in the Beauty
Centre, where six beauty therapists will be on hand to pamper,
relax and refresh show visitors.
* Manicures, which last 15 to 20 minutes are also available in the Beauty Centre and treatments are priced at £5.00 per session. * Face painting, hair beading and glitter for our younger visitors are available at just £1.00 per treatment, also based in the Beauty Centre. If fitness is your thing, then the Fitness Factory is definitely for you! we have everything from Pilates to TKO and Latin Aerobics through to Boxercise. The Fitness Factory Area will also feature Celebrity Questions & Answer sessions
The extensive Fitness Factory program will be demonstrated by leading professionals and Celebrities, for fun, interactive and participative demonstrations. OPENING HOURS: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
A Show Guide costing £3.00 can also be purchased and collected
on the day
