BOOK YOUR TICKET TO THE GOOD HEALTH SHOW!

For the best advice on how to look good and feel great, head to the UK’s premier lifestyle event - The Good Health Show, on at the NEC Birmingham from 14-16th February 2003.

It’s packed with everything you need to know about health, fitness, beauty and nutrition. With hundreds of exhibitors and in-depth lifestyle feature attractions, Good Health boasts plenty to keep you fully engaged and informed.

For example, you can bring your trainers along to the Fitness Factory for a host of high energy workouts including Aerobics, Boxercise, Reebok Core, Step & Thai Combat before relaxing in the Chill Out Zone where a range of complementary therapies like Shiatsu, Reflexology, Bowen and Sekham, will help sooth away the winter blues.

If diet is high on your agenda, why not visit the Healthy Eating Theatre? Sponsored by ‘Perfect Balance’ from Heinz Weightwatchers, this feature is hosted by top chefs like Paul Rankin, who will be demonstrating how to cook affordable, healthy and nutritional meals.

For pure indulgence and self-pampering, the Ford sponsored Beauty Centre is a vital stopover - choose from a range of superb treatments, all available at just £5 each for an introductory taster session! Whilst the majority are geared for women, several can be enjoyed by men, such as a gloriously soothing neck, shoulder and back massage.

For those seeking expert advice, the Health Supertheatre is a must thanks to top stars such as the BBC’s Dr Mark Porter, Health Journalist of the Year Dr Sarah Brewer (Daily Telegraph) and GMTV’s Stress Expert, Liz Tucker. There’s also a dedicated workshop programme that features everything from yoga demonstrations to life coaching, not to mention a series of women’s and men’s health ‘MOT’ fitness trails.

And last, but by no means least, there’s great shopping to be found through some 200 individual exhibitors, each offering the very best products and services from the world of health, beauty and nutrition.

The show is being officially opened by top model Nell McAndrew, star of the hit ITV show ‘I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!’ Nell was also the original image for Tomb Raider icon Laura Croft and will be personally signing copies of her new fitness DVD and Video, ‘Peak Energy’ on the opening morning of the event.

There really is something for everyone at The Good Health Show - tickets are £12 on the door for adults (Advance £10, U16’s £5, U4’s Free. Family ticket, 2 adults, 2 children - £25.00). Simply call the ticket hotline on 0870 730 0049 or book on line at www.thegoodhealthshow.com
