• Not just a fair…..not just a convention…not just a gig…..it’s a celebration of popular music, VIP presents the very first Musicmania. Taking place at one of the world’s biggest exhibition centres, Birmingham NEC, on 22 and 23 March.

• Includes the greatest selection of CD, vinyl, DVD and music memorabilia – all for sale on 300 tables. Visitors and traders from all over the world!

• Special guest (1) - Steve Strange. Saturday 22 March. 

Special signing session of his new book ‘Blitzed’. Exclusive - on stage singing 2003 version of ‘Fade to Grey’ 

• Special guest (2) - Clint Warwick (Moody Blues). Saturday 22 March. Vocalist and bass player on classic pop record ‘Go Now’ and member of the Moody Blues. A rare appearance to meet fans.

• Special guest (3) - Bobby Graham (The man who turned down the Beatles) Saturday 22 March. Top sixties session drummer Graham turned down Brian Epstein before he approached Ringo with an offer to join the Beatles. Special Q & A session on stage.

• Special guest (4) - Paul Di’anno and Killers. Sunday 23 March.

Signing session and acoustic set  – the final date in his first UK tour for ten years. Original Iron Maiden front man, his work with the band remains among rock’s all-time finest. 

• Special guest (5) - Edwin Starr. Sunday 23 March. 

Stop her on Site, Twenty Five Miles, War, Contact just a few of the classic soul tunes put out by this guest. We are proud to present ‘Mr Motown’ at this year’s show. Edwin will meet fans and undertake a special signing session. 

• Special guest (6) -  The Electric Guitar Appreciation Society . Both days. What have Tony Blair, Hank Marvin, Bert Weedon,  Francis Rossi, Gary Moore, Bruce Welch and Rick Parfitt got in common? They have all donated plectrums to the celebrity section of the TEGAS Plectrum Hall of Fame. Visitors will not only be able to buy and sell music but also...PLAY THE NEC! with special sessions provided by T.E.G.A.S. 

• Musicmania takes place in the Pavilion Halls at the NEC. Admission –  £4 10am to 6pm Saturday 22 March; 10am to 4pm Sunday 23 March.

A set of Iron Maiden LPs all fully signed £35 each. In addition he has a withdrawn ‘Neil Young’ LP. This item withdrawn from sale as the cover designers omitted to place the artists name in the design. On sale at the event at £100.
