Must offers a sophisticated blend of modern European styling with classic oriental food.

The entrance opens into an inviting bar area where you are greeted by friendly and efficient staff. The decor throughout is modern and stylish with seating on comfortable leather sofas which are ideal for relaxing between courses or at the end of the meal.

The menu is extensive and there is surely something for everyone.  Starters begin at £3.75 for soup of the day to £7.50 for King Prawns.  I chose Thai Fish Cakes at £5.95 whilst Robert opted for Sea Food Skewers for £6.95.  Both were beautifully presented and delicious. The Prawn Crackers deserve a mention all to themselves as they were like none I have ever tasted before - they were crisp and tasty with just the right hint of spiciness - we would have been quite happy to munch on them all night! There is also a selection of platters to share.

There is plenty to choose from the list of main courses - from Lo Han Hot Pot at £7.95 - a selection of seasonal vegetables and vermicelli cooked in the chef's special sauce to £17.50 for sautéd Dover Sole. I decided on Thai Sea Bass with boiled rice and Robert had Curry Lamb Hot Pot with egg fried rice. My fish looked and tasted lovely and Robert found his curry most enjoyable with just the right blend of spices. There is an extensive choice of accompaniments - comprising many different rice and noodle dishes and a good selection of vegetables.

Deserts are all priced at £4.25 and it was very difficult to choose as they all sounded equally appealing. I chose Continental Fruit Flan and Robert had Caramel Apple Pie - both were as good as they sounded but beware! - portions are very generous so you may not actually have room for one!

A selection of Dim Sum and lighter meals are available from 10am to 7pm. There is also an excellent choice of refreshing teas as well as a well stocked bar.

Must is well situated in the heart of a very popular area so booking is essential. Because of its location, it is an  ideal venue for both business entertaining and dining with friends or family.

Branches of Must can also be found in Solihull and Stratford - see website for details http://www.mustgroup.co.uk
