PETER PAN
Wed 28 Nov 2007 - Sat 19 Jan 2008
Birmingham Repertory Theatre
Escape to Neverland this Christmas with the boy who never grew up and
Birmingham Repertory Theatre’s brand new
musical production of Peter Pan...
Join Wendy, John and Michael as they soar into the night sky with Peter, to
a magical land of mermaids and fairies, where children can fly and
adventures happen every day. But beware - danger is just around the corner:
the dastardly captain Hook and his evil band of pirates are looking for a
fight and Peter Pan is top of their list.
J M Barrie's classic adventure story has thrilled and delighted generations
of theatregoers with its swashbuckling, flying and fantasy scenes. The REP’s
new version of this enchanting tale has music and lyrics by the
award-winning duo George Stiles and Anthony Drewe (Mary Poppins, Honk!), and
is brought to life by the accomplished team that created the spectacular
sell-out production of The Wizard Of Oz at The REP in 2005.
