There is also plenty for the green fingered as the event is home to one of Europe's premier flower shows. With displays from over 50 of the country's leading nurseries, over 150 floral arrangements, feature gardens and invaluable advice from the experts, you are sure to be inspired. The show presents all that's best about countryside activities and outdoor life, from tourism and outdoor sports to conservation and wildlife issues. It's the perfect way to introduce children of any age to English nature, where they can learn about different species in a relaxed and fun environment. There are literally 1000's of different animals to see, from the finest breeds of livestock to unusual or endangered species like alpacas, hawks and extraordinary fancy fowl, not to mention the equine area, where you can see top class show jumping, heavy horses and rare breeds.
