Wombourne’s Thai Boxing superstar Peter Crooke is back – for the very last time on Sunday November 30th at the Civic Hall in Wolverhampton - and Birmingham 101 has 5 pairs of ringside seats to be won.

At this special evening of Muay Thai Superfights, Crooke is set to do battle against Croatia’s Dominic Zidov who shot to fame in ITV4’s Contender series.

Crooke is adamant that this will be his last ever fight, and is predicting an all out war with Zidov that will end with a knock-out:

The 37-year-old police officer said: “Zidov loves a rumble and attacks from all sorts of angles, but I can’t wait to get stuck in. Victory over me would be a massive scalp for him, but I’m not messing about – I’m going to finish on a high and give the Civic crowd plenty to talk about”.

Joining Peter Crooke on the bill are a host of fighters from the renowned Firewalker Health Club in Wolverhampton, including the fast up and coming Kerrith Bella, unbeaten Bulgarian Ivan Damyanov – plus Michelle Newell, who recently captured the British title with a 4th round stoppage over the highly rated Charlotte Webster.
 

“I’ve learned to be much more aggressive,” said 37-old Michelle, who finished Webster with a wincing barrage of knees to the body. “It’s controlled aggression though, and overall, I just feel so much fitter and confident than my earlier fights. I’m really looking forward to the show at the Civic”
