WIN "VINCENT AND THEO" ON DVD

The compelling story of the remarkable relationship between Vincent Van Gogh and his brother Theo

Tim Roth (Reservoir Dogs) and Paul Rhys (The Cazalets) star in Vincent and Theo - the moving story of one of the most famous artists of all time.

The story follows the remarkable relationship between Vincent Van Gogh and his brother Theo as the struggling painter fights to make his mark in the world of art. The Dutch artist’s works have commanded record prices and surpassed all sales records in recent years - but the tortured Van Gogh sold only one painting in his lifetime and committed suicide at the age of 37. His little-known brother, Theo, was Vincent’s only real friend and provided the moral and financial support which made all his paintings possible.

Shot on location in Holland and Provence, the series is directed by auteur and cinematic legend Robert Altman. Vincent and Theo has been released in a number of formats around the world, but this four-part, 200 minute version is the longest version in existence.
