NATIONAL WEDDING SHOW RETURNS TO NEC THIS OCTOBER Anyone getting married knows the importance of forward planning so getting tickets for this year’s National Wedding Show at the NEC, Birmingham on October 5 – 7 is a must. Following on from the success of last year, over 150 exhibitors will be present, advising on just about every aspect of getting married; there will be dress and jewellery designers, designers of personalised stationery, suppliers of vehicles from sleek vintage and veteran cars. The Crown Plaza Hotel and Alton Towers will be available to advise on a range of beautiful, licensed wedding locations in the UK. If you want to tie the knot further afield, there will be representatives from outstanding Bora Bora and romantic Antigua. What about the honeymoon? Sandals Resorts - often considered one of the Caribbean’s most exclusive resorts will be present along with Trans Pacific Holidays.  Over 16,000 visitors attended last year’s show and one of the highlights was the spectacular Fashion Show. This year, the two catwalk shows, which are repeated daily, will feature not only traditional but also more adventurous wedding outfits for the whole entourage including the bride, the groom and attendants along with mothers and mothers-in-law. There will be ideas for dresses, veils, hats and shoes.
The National Wedding Show takes place from Friday 5th October (1pm – 6pm) to Sunday 7th October (10am – 6pm Saturday & Sunday) at the NEC, Birmingham. Tickets to the show can be obtained on the door at £10 per adult or in advance at only £9. To make a wedding group booking which comprises 4 adult tickets, the cost is £29 The wedding group ticket is only obtainable in advance. The ticket hotline is 0115 912 9126. As well as an inspirational day out, the ticket price includes a fabulous ‘bridal goody bag’ for the bride. WIN FREE TICKETS FOR THE SHOW!!! We have FIVE pairs of tickets to give away for the show.
